The Deluxe Introductory Edition (both the hardcover and ebook) is not intended for retail sale and has no ISBN, barcode, or price. Current or former owners of property (and their families, friends and neighbors) about the grounds of what was the Chautauqua Lake Sunday School Assembly (including commercial venues and condos), may receive a copy while quantities last. CHQ book postcard collection
All images on this webpage are featured in the CHQ book Deluxe Introductory Edition and Special Hardcover Volume, including two antique maps and the contents of a vintage postcard collection (also on the HI-SI-Fi USB storage card included with the PDF ebook). Nearly every image was published more than a century ago. All are out of copyright, in the public domain, and therefore freely usable by anyone. Should any images posted here be used, however, attribution would be appreciated.
